Those 2 do scale
They have their own good feat
Wile also escaped Marvin restrains and knocked him unconcious while he was off guard. He stayed like that for a few pages. Dont forget the time where kicked Daffys ass and threatened to eat him. Or that other time where he trapped him while on a bodycast. I recall him getting a few good hits on Taz on an old comic where he threaten to eat RR all by himself(I will search for the source). Wile took as much damage as Marvin and K9 from the same weapon
RR made a hole thru Wile simply by running thru him, sent him flying by accident, sliced him to pieces when they became ninjas and accidently knocked over Daffy(Superior Duck)

Hmm.. let's see; They moved a interstellar sized object at MFTL+ speeds? Check, these objects are entire constellations? Check, they moved all of those stars and the space between them (as the speeds of those stars are the same)? Check.

For those who dont think its legit (either the star arent legit, not as big as real stars or sth like that) keep in mind in the beginning of the same movie which the feat come from, we get to see that the Astronomy there is similar to RL and the costellations being outside the Milky Way can be seen from Earth

There is more from that came from
 
I know, they get destroyed by a zig zag laser, one after the other. I should have written it better
They got covered by it in the 2nd link the second panel and were fine in the 3rd link

He redirects planet destroing rockets to change their target to a planetary raincloud causing the planet to be covered by bright light and when he pretends to be serious makes Haters planet-sized statues vanish
A random no name character caused a chain of events that made the sun move a little
Hater was resisting the pull of a micro bh for a bit and plugs it with his finger. Wander speculizes that Haters lightning could close it
How much parts of the galaxy have changed after Dominators influence
Buster easily threw a Saturn-sized planet out of its orbit in the credits scene while chasing a comet

Wander could escaped a micro black hole that was pulling several planets. He was resisting its pull right from the start of the episode and spend most of it blocking that bh with his finger
Planet Janet moves itself to make a sunset look differently
She tries to trap Wander and Sylvia in her orbit by rapidly shaking and spinning. She also spawned several volcanos, creates massive eroption that almost reached Wander n Sylvia that shortly after turns into a moon which spins fast around her and a glows brighter when talking. Janet removed all the volcanos she spwaned from th surface and created a rainstorm comperable in size to her moon.

Does anyone know of a calc for a character perceiving another character as practically immobile or frozen?

Verse: Final Fantasy VII
Feat: International Supernova (Square treats both versions of Supernova as canon and such the profile as well. so this Supernova variation could be calculated as it seems FAR faster than the Japanese version)
 
  • Importance/Priority: 4 to 3 (Determines Lifting Strength, & potentially AP, for a character who doesn't have a profile yet, & via a feat that likely doesn't scale to other characters.)
  • Name of the Verse/Character: Star Trek/Lieutenant Commander Data
  • Brief Feat Description: Happens at about 2 minutes in here. Data is given a bar with a stated tensile strength of 40 kilobars. For comparison, 1 kilobar is 100 megapascals, making this about 4,000 MPa; Steel, as a material, from what I understand, tends not to go above 800 or even 1,000 MPa. In spite of this incredible tessile strength, Data still effortlessly bends the bar into a "u" shape.
Could someone calculate the Lifting Strength &/or AP needed to perform this, please?

Dredd builds multiple missiles capable of destroying the east coast or destroying N-Tek transmitters that are said to withstand a nuclear blast.

the amount of transmitter is somewhat inconsistent since around 12 or more missiles are seen but a hologram was shown with more transmitters(minute 15:19), so there must be multiple endings

N-tek drones travel from the atmosphere (probably) around the world to the Dredd base in seconds

It wouldn't scale to anyone but Gill, who is still a big unknown, and wouldn't even be combat applicable, as it is some sort of telekinesis or water manipulation, which doesn't scale to his physical blows or fire/ice projectiles (That's why I labeled it as Environmental Destruction). His Striking Strength and normal AP would still be 8-B.

I thought it was worthy to index for these reasons.

Because we don't know precisely how he splits the sea and we don't have evidences of him being able to apply the same force to fire and ice projestiles or to his Seraphic Wing.
But this isn't the place to discuss it, we can continue on my message wall.

Importance/Priority: 3 for hatty and technically also the bear's individual attack potency, possibly 1 for pit people's main cast, I haven't finished the game so idk if they fight the bear or something
Name of the Verse/Character: battleblock theater and pit people, hatty hattington and the giant bear
Brief Feat Description:
(3:26) Hatty's hat shoots a laser that blows half the face off of the giant space bear
(0:18) and that same bear then crashes into the earth because of Hatty, showing exactly how big it is compared to it and fracturing the planet's surface into a bunch of hexagons
