This calc is pretty important for the D&D revisions going dow.
Priority: 2 (Establishes AP/Durability for pretty much all major players below gods of the verse, so about half of the pages)
Verse: Dungeons and Dragons
Description: The Living Tempest maintains a small storm just by existing, which follows him around and dissipates upon his (its?) death.
Not too worried about it being off, very quick storm calc with zero assumptions whatsoever, just want someone to make sure I clicked 0 enough to make 1000 J/kg.
