Buu Saga Goku vs Hell Fighter 17

I am sure Base Vegeta during the Super 17-arc is far stronger than Baby-arc Base Goku (via his SSJ or 2 form being comparable to Majuub while Baby-arc Goku couldn't do that even with SSJ3) who should be at least relative if not stronger than Toeiverse Kid Buu who is equal to SSJ3 Goku.
and since 17 scales to that Base Vegeta, I vote for him unless Goku decides to use Dragon Fist as his last hope.
