If speed equal:

Burter isn't too far behind in terms of AP. He's vastly stronger than Super Zarbon who's stronger than Dodoria who's stronger than Saiyan Saga Vegeta who's stronger than Nappa who's vastly stronger than Raditz who's vastly stronger than Piccolo who's a tiny bit over baseline 5B. I daresay that Burter's almost 5A

Sonic is superior to a feat that is also almost 5A

however, Sonic can literally do everything Burter can do plus more.

so yeah, seems pretty stompish to me. Sonic is superior in every way
