As a desperado he is acausal type 4, so that literally negs all of GER's stuff. Past that well...i don't see regular GE dealing with Ikki.

Don't know what would be fair, most are probably stomp or be stomped. Though my knowledge on Rakudai basically amounts to it has a ******* dank op and that's about it.

I wouldn't really consider Rakudai ppl OP. They're just unconventional. Most rakudai characters don't have any strong hax with the exception of Xiaoli's Mimicry and Nene's 10D BFR. And there is the Desperado Hax but it's nothing too OP either.

But yeah i don't think there is any Jojo character that would be a good fit for Ikki.
