Everyone in Black Clover with extremely dense mana has a passive forcefield as it protects from attacks, not only that, Yami can concentrate the mana around his skin (Mana Skin) to make it even more durable and do dark forcefields, it's a really versatile mana system.

If that makes her a higher tier (and I think it does, she's City+ and 6x that is like, over 7-A) it can be restricted to make it more fair, I believe she already has little AP advantage.

Yami can sense people's strength, so if he needs to hit her with Dimension Slash, he absolutely will with no hesitation.

Anyway then, stella fights a bit, nukes with phantom form. Sees it doesn't work, then uses Katharterio Salamandra to pseudo nuke but with FAR higher AP this time.

Lol, no, it doesn't go like that at all. Stella isn't nuking anything via passive forcefields, and a stronger active one, Yami precogs anything she does, possesses more experience, breaks his limits+stat amps, and uses Dimension Slash.

That's fine, but Yami can sense her strength from the absolute get go. If she even bothers beginning to power that up, he'll Dimension Slash her, or straight up knock her out. Also since he has stats amp even before he does that.

Why not? It's a slash, just a side step will mean a dodge.

Unknown. But considering Yami's precog, multiple barriers, I don't see why he couldn't deal with it. To be honest, Dimension Slash should cut straight through the attack if she tries it, since it warps space.

As for the attack, not really, cus her attack is actual fire, it's like trying to cut fire with a knife and hoping it to do anything.

Er? Okay? Yami's attack is darkness (which absorbs light) that warps through space. I highly doubt that it's just "a knife". So either he slices through it or dodges it.
