It likely can, since Yukari's abilities (IIRC) are cannonically > than Sakuya's which can bypass Mid-Godly.

And since it's basically "Yukari does anything" such as her usual "Snipe across the Multiverse" or literally anything, she wins.

I'm going with her because she has far more ways to win than Bugs, with his best being Plot Manip.

Sakuya can bypass mid-godly due to erasing things from time. It's not something that Yukari can scale to.

But still, just mess with the boundaries of Bugs' concept to make him unable to regen.

Why does Bugs have Mid-Godly Regen? Tweety and Daffy didn't Regen as they already had their outlines drawn and was getting constantly drawn by the editor until a character interrupted and Daffy getting erased would be a Low-Godly feat as we don't know to what extent he was erased.

and yes about Sakuya, she bypass some characters with Godly regen due to erasing their past, its a sort of Causality paradox, if a guy have a Mid godly regen and an Acausality, this doesn't work (this erse the guy only in the present but he come back due to his regen)

Also, Altair's fanboy have a Point about the Godly regen of bugs
