Not just the past, plot also relates to the present and future. Causality manipulation is affecting the past, but Bug's plot manipulation is not just him affecting past events.

How would acausality type 4 prevent him from being affected by Plot Manipulation?? Type 4 just means you get unaffected by things such as fate-hax and precog
