Okay, so Mid-Godly is gone, but Bugs has solid Regenerationn as shown in The Old Grey Hare.

If you look closely enough here, it'd be enough evidence to prove it. Don't know what you're seeing here?

Bugs is shot, melts into a puddle and reforms instantly. So basically, this'd be Low-High.
