Yes. Bugs plothaxes and his superior luck+toon force just makes things worse for antasma

Bugs' passive luck has it so that antasma's attacks will miss, and bugs jumps outside of fiction and plothaxes GG

Antasma doesn't seem to have a way around bugs' regen/immortality, extremely broken passive luck and plothax (seriously, what would stop him from jumping outside of fiction?), and EE is out of the picture because of type 8 immortality, so yeah pretty much
