Bubsy downgrade

Bubsy having 5-B/3-A durability with the VRH is baseless. It's an object that enables Reality Warping, not something that roids out your Statistics.

Basically, Bubsy's durability should be downgraded.

Reality warping doesn't scale to durability so I think the downgrades make sense.

I do agree that 5-B/3-A durability shouldn't be given just for having reality warping capabilities at that level.

Yeah, this would only make sense if the goggles drew from his power to use it's 3-A reality warping.

I'm pretty darn sure that the helmet is also stated to implied to boost the users physical abilities as well alongside giving them reality warping. I'd have to watch the pilot again to make sure that scan is correct, but if it is, I'll fix up the page.

It was applied. His durability is just listed as small building level.
