While true there's two issues here
  • SBA assumes they at most start 4 kilometers away, which is also well within Druid's range
  • Tack is still immobile

as referenced earlier when I thought IR would take the match, druid blowing the tack out of its own range with a tornado is a fully viable wincon for IR (if the operator didn't get taken out by lightning)
