So i want to ask if we can upgrade Brook speed to MHS+ how he Dodge Zeus Lightning Attacks that are Pure Lightning coming from a Thunder cloud so isn't Brook MHS+?

Its on anime tho it was never shown in the manga when brook fight againts Big mom and her Homies.

We go by the manga and not the anime for one piece unless the event happened in the manga as well. Brook to my knowledge isn't Top Tier so if this was calced higher than the Top Tien's rating. It would be an outlier.
