Its pretty clear he's refering to them at their peak. besides SS broly turns into FP broly immedietly so there isnt really any difference.

Based off what? Broly is way too strong for LB jiren to quickly kill. considering Broly is already arguably stronger or these two characters are comparable. Broly would increase in power and win. we actually have proof that broly constantly does this. Jiren deciding to go for the kill, or the fact that he is even able to go for the kill is just your head cannon.

Why not he knows that he will destoy the planet he lives then sure he will kill him and this LB Jiren so he's pissed and how do you think Gogeta beat Broly he directly went to Blue to quickly defeat him not giving him the time to Adept

And if it was in their peak he would have mentioned FP Broly instead of SS Broly which means FP is restricted here

Once again, you're using nothing but headcannon. Not actual evidence so this entire "Jiren would kill before it was too late" thing is debunked. not to mention thats assuming he CAN which he cant considering the extremely small gap in power between the two, we dont even know for sure if jiren is even stronger than broly. so saying he COULD kill him before it was too late is a HUGE stretch.

He turned into FP because GOgeta forced him to and if you see above kople700 only mention Super Sayian Broly which means Broly can only go Super Sayian as FP should be stronger than Jiren. So this is just Super Sayian vs LB Jiren

regardless, we could still say SS broly and have him be at 99.999% power and it wouldnt be FP but still enough to beat jiren. So its still the same situation.
