Gardevoir's actually stronger at 30 gigatons. There's also the fairy's precog, mindhax, and black holes to take into account.

So what's her likely starting move? What's to stop her from enlargeing Garde's organs untill they burst or shrinking them untill their worthless?

Brandish would just start with going for the kill, the only reason she hasn't done it in the series is cause she didn't want to kill people, cause she considered them her friends, but since this is an enemy, she'll just enlarge her organs killing her
