Anyway I'll start this by saying Hulk scales to 63 ZettaFoe while Bowser is >baseline if I'm not mistaken.

Welp, Ig Hulk has skill advantage, He's able to fight the likes Avengers and Thor who is a veteran warrior with thousands of years of experience.

Mario's no stranger to that, since he's fought evenly alongside Paper Mario, who's battled characters of a similar age to Dimentio

and Bowser can regularly contend with, sometimes even beating, Mario

but yeah, Hulk likely has greater skill
