Not how it works at all. I've asked on it. Inconclusive has to come from the actual vote of inconclusive, not tied in votes. The debate just continues till one gets the 3 vote lead for 24 hours.

What's the actual context, because multiple threads have been added via having the same votes for a long time, recentely I might add as well, and it's right there on the rules

So I highly doubt staff said that when they added many threads and because of the rules themselfs
I think they might just have said there's no actual 24 hours grace for this type of vote, not that it can only be added if a character wins or no, because that directely contradicts the rules

Cause another thread was going to be added for the same reasons but wasn't, then later I put up Maggie vs Stewie to be removed since it was put inconclusive for the same reasons and that's where the discussion happened since one person didn't agree with it
