No it doesn't. 2 days is hardly a long time, and there isn't a 3 vote difference, so both those things contradict you.

Three vote diference is for one character to win, not for incon, and 2 days is double the time for grace, plus we have the forum move, we can't wait shit like a week just for you
Calaca proved why it was incon with equal votes and nobody disagreed with him afterwards, Wok only agreed with the fact 7-5 makes grace stops, which is correct and not the main point, Ogun and Schnee agree on the quote, which doesn't contradict me at all, and Mindovin literaly said imo then didn't reply to Calaca
So equal votes for 2 days is incon

No. That's for the grace period to start at all. Winner or inconclusive, that's the rules. It's not different for either. The forum change doesn't happen in a week anyway, so we can wait the week and still add it pre the forum change
And no. That's not even remotely how that works. It's not nobody disagreeed with him. Everyone moved on as having other stuff to do, so the discussion died there, But several staff took my side that it's not in grace period and that's not how inconclusive worked. This is not inconclusive.

Grace period only applys for a character to win or if someone voted incon directely, not for this, basic reading compreension. We can't add it at the date of the move, that's too late, the sooner the better

Yes we can. It happens on the 15th. Today is the 6th. Got plenty of days in between. That's 9 days. And we currently aren't in grace which is right, but we shouldn't add it yet. 2 days isn't a long time,
