I do not think these are needed to be added, he could be frightened a bit but has no problems fighting these costumes. He has previously shown to not fear Dimentio [who has the features of a clown] and has commanded/seen/competed with Dry Koopa's and other skeletric beings in his life, lastly he was reduced to a skeleton before [Dry Bowser].

These fears aren't meant to be taken seriously, especially since Bowser also has this same reaction to seeing Mario in his boxers.

Bowser sounds like he was just being sarcastic, how is that even a weakness? I think we can just go ahead and close this. He somewhat fears Mario due to Mario always being the one foiling his plans, but that's really an unnecessary weakness. Absolutely nothing suggest he's scared of clowns, skeletons or boxer shorts.
