at maximum her dress will be burned again

The difference between MHS+ and Rel+ is a massive gap. Tatsumaki doesn't have any hax that automatically let's her negate big differences in speed, TK doesn't counter speed gaps.

Also just in case, Tatsumaki doesn’t sit there and hold barrier in-character
even fighting psykos you see she kinda just spends most of the time flying around and throwing out attacks, and spends half the fight holding back even after psykos damages her multiple times
Chadoros, on the other hand, does not **** around and would be able to prepare lunch, do his taxes, and then come back and vaporize tatsumaki before she even processed the fact that she was fighting him.
To add even more advantage, Boros has experience with psychic powers already, given that he recruited Geryuganshoop (the most skilled psychic in the universe) as one of his generals, so he probably knows how to handle tatsumaki.
Even if tatsumaki just tries to one shot him, if she is SOMEHOW able to catch him, then Boros regenerates and kills her and the fight is over. Tatsumaki crushing him on a cellular level wouldn’t even happen until late into the fight.

and meteoric buster boros gets ran out of stamina quite easily, tatsumaki fought for more than 6 hours LOL
