Not sure if this has been done or not, but I'm giving a wack at it. This calc is done using the Foce and Work formulas to find out how much work (Energy) was exerted on Saitama to push him all the way to the moon. In addition, I'm doing this using the anime version of the feat, which is near Identical, in order to get timeframes but cause no TF is given in manga, iirc. So, here we go....
____________________________________________
F = M * A
W = F * D
To start, first i'll have to find the Acceleration.
A = vf - vi / t
Saitama's initial velocity is 0 m/s because his downwards fall is met with boros's upwards attack which stopped Saitama and sent him flying in the opposite direction.
The moon is 384,400,000 m from earth. Watching the scene, I paused as soon as Saitama left Boros's body and paused as soon as he made contact with the moon. It came out to 4 s, you guys are welcome to check for yourslves to see if i'm right. I would post shots of it, but I don't know how to do that yet. This means that the the velocity Saitama hit the moon with was 96.1 million m/s which is his final velocity. And now we know the Time it took was also 4 s.
To bring it all together now:
A = vf - vi / t
vf = 96.1 million m/s
vi = 0 m/s
t = 4 s
A = 24,025,000 m/s2.

The next step is finding Saitama's mass which is 70 kg (http://onepunchman.wikia.com/wiki/Saitama)
Now that we have both Mass and Acceleration, we can find the force.
F = M * A
m = 70 kg
a = 24,025,000 m/s2
F = 1,681,750,000 N

Now that we have our force, we can bring it home with the Work Formula, and just to be clear, I know a lot of you already know what Work is, but for this that don't:
"In science, the word work has a different meaning than you may be familiar with. The scientific definitio of work is: using a force to move an object a distance (when both the force and the motion of the object are in the same direction.)"
^And Work is Energy and is measured in Joules, so the most basic definition would be the amount of energy applied to an object to move it.
W = F * D
F = 1,681,750,000 N
D = 384,400,000 m (Distance from Earth to Moon)
W = 646,464,700,000,000,000 j

The amount of energy Boros's strike exerted on Saitama to push him to the moon was 646,464,700,000,000,000 j.
