Usually, Cars go through walls so Bond with a car will probably have AP though speed is equal which makes this fairer even if he manages to destroy his car he still has gadgets and explosives so range advantage it would only take a few hits maybe even 5 or 6 though my opinion is that.

It's between 12 hours per bump for a while now I'm pretty sure.
