Boba Fett vs. Batman (Arkham Series)

Unless you specify the tier, this is a stomp. Batman's tier is 9-A while Boba's strongest is 8-A.
This is a really good match-up though. Can you specify that we're using 9-A Boba Fett?

Well.
Bats has the advantage in lifting/striking strenght, intelligence and has a huge arsenal - which gives him a lot of hax, like Electricity, Smoke, Sound, Explosion, Ice and Fire Manipulation. He has experience fighting flying enemies, so Boba's jetpack wouldn't be very hard to counter with his grappling hook, and ice/glue grenades.
Boba's only advantages are in range and durability, but he can't resist any of the tricks crafted by the Dark Knight. Like in the Batman vs Mandalorian thread (made by yours truly), I guess that Fett would be overwhelmed by the variety of ways he can be brought down by.
And we didn't even count the Batmobile, which is also in the 9-A category. (Better specify: Base Batman.)
