Bio hax is negated since Law demonstrated that Haki negated Doc Q’s biological alteration of him.
Haki also prevented Law from moving Big Mom and Kaido to other locations, so it potentially counters BFR.
Mindhax is iffy because Boa has the willpower to stave off hundreds of shadows when just two are capable of mindhax, plus Boa is a very prominent figure as the pirate empress and naturally commands respect.

Maybe. They don't really physically exist and they do not hurt or harm. They just petrify the things they hit.

Not sure if the passive Mero Mero is an attack, since it’s an effect that activated via having any sort of emotion of thinking Hancock is cute or sexy, but it working is still questionable for other reasons.

Makima doesn't feel any specific emotion to any human due to seeing herself above them
Makima only feels emotion towards Pochita, so I heavily doubt that she would feel any emotion toward Boa

Feeling above someone is itself an emotion about them, also this is just straight up wrong.

Makima in this scene was crying because of what the movie represented, the fact that since Makima was above everyone she met she would never be able to form an equal relationship with anyone. Which at the end of part 1 we found out her dream to be in an equal relationship with someoneFeeling above someone is itself an emotion about them, also this is just straight up wrong.
Also Makima doesn't feel above them she straight up is litteraly above them and cannot form an equal relationship with them. In the control devil arc she states she sees humans as dogs
Whats stopping Makima's Mind manip from affecting Boa
It goes over the fact that those abilities will just be transferred to a random Japanese citizen
