He doesn't move to win.

To win, he needs first to get in the range of his oponent (few meters) to even use Plunder.

Like I said above, it's not his first move, but close combat with his daggers.
 
I mean, range spammers like Kessler can beat him at least, sense he's not going to allow anyone to get into meters of range if he can help it, but he might also curb a lot if the competition.
 
He use daggers to combat and if he see he lose, he will likely use Plunder but before that Clone skill. Plunder is first move, if he know he will fight someone a lot stronger than him but as he doesn't have information analysis he won't know that. Usually is used first because he already know that his oponent is above him in level.
