Bloody Mary vs Joseph Bertrand III

inFAMOUS 2 antagonists fight.

The militia try to set up camp in the catacombs, inly to get captured by vampires and sacrificed to resurrect Bloody Mary. Bloody Mary takes her undead army to feast on the town and interrupts one of Bertrand's speeches in the process. Amidst the confusion, Bertrand transforms into his corrupted form and the fight begins.

Uh, can she even mindhax a non vampire? That seemed to be the case to me, that because Cole was a vampire, she could control him. It's not like she used it on Zeke at any point to stop him from blowing her up.

I mean yeah I don't really see what stops bloody mary from doing that. Conduit form is pretty mindless and isn't going to necessarily register that she's trying to get in his head, and she can take a hit to get into that range.
