Bloodlust standards.

Ok, so the way bloodlust works now is pretty stupid. Bloodlust is a warrior being willing to kill and use any abilities, but the wiki treats it as if a bloodlusted warrior also becomes a master strategist, starting with their best moves, even if their fighting style depends not on morals but just personal preferences of the fighter. So I suggest we treat bloodlust as a fighter simply going berserk.

We don’t treat it as if they were a ’Master Strategist’. Just because fighters are Bloodlusted doesn’t mean Doofenschmirtz will be able to outskill Batman in H2H. Rather, we treat it as if they’re Out of Character, if that makes sense. They aren’t limited by CIS under Bloodlust- DIO Will donut enemies in TS, normally cocky and arrogant characters instead go all-out, Flash does the vibrating heart-grab thing. Their normal fighting style doesn’t matter anymore, especially if it limits their capabilities.

This pretty much hit the nail on the head.

Then it's not really bloodlust. They may not start with some attacks not because it's against morals, but because they may prefer other options.

Well yes, they would start with their best moves because the whole point of being bloodlusted is to kill at all costs and a character using their best moves right away would be the reasonable way to attempt that by the definition of being bloodlusted.
Kill at all costs isn't a definition of bloodlust. Bloodlust means, well, lusting for blood.

Bloodlust means that a character is going all out and using everything they can to win

SBA makes a character willing to kill but doesn’t take them out of character

I see no reason to change it.

I always consider Bloodlusted and Victory lusted to be two different things.

The term's connotation is a bit more aggressive and animalistic than what is meant, but Crimson is right.
