shunsui being scaled to haschwalth is shaky and should probably be fixed. i don't agree with the rest of what you're trying to do.

The Elites should definitely be MHS+, Mayuri and Nemu fought against a weakened devolved Pernida who only acquired Kenpachi's speed and reflexes later in the fight and spent the rest of the fight overwhelming with numbers.

The other Elite Guards have been shown to easily defeat the Royal Guard after their Auswahlen revival, we don't see much evidence of twisted bodies courtesy of Pernida. MHS+ Ichibei means that the other Royal Guard can be powerscaled too him, at least Mach 1000 and Ichigo should be allowed the same scaling really. Shunsui is dodgy, but Jugram is easily MHS+ via powerscaling.

Also the idea that Jugram is weaker than Kenpachi- who got manhandled by Pernida is a little off. Just because he reacted a little frightened by the Meteor. He was asking basic Soldats (fodder) to protect Yhwach. If it was an actual threat, wouldn't Jugram take care of it himself.

Jugram overreacted when Yhwach was getting smashed by Ichibei and never stepped in. He is just overly caring to the point he wants Yhwach to take absolutely no damage.

While I'm certainly not up to date in all the goings-on in Bleach, the upgrades seem reasonable, unless I'm missing something.

This is the problem. According to that thread there shouldn't be any "+" behind MHS for the characters who have it. This was accepted in the thread.

I'm trying to figure out how exactly speed boosts keep happening because of that when there's no new feats to support it besides powerscaling without reasoning.

EDIT:But Shunsui currently should not be MHS+, he should be MHS unless lille gets this speed upgrade mentioned in this thread, as he would scale to lille's upgrade to MHS+ anyway

You guys remember when Yamamoto first confronted Aizen and he created a pillar of flame that was, like, vaporizing a city block without his Shikai? How powerful is that? Coupled with pixel scaling, I think it'd be a very good feat off-of which some characters could be scaled, again, because it was done without his Shikai.
