For the record:

Without intermediate feats we can't list the characters that are stronger than Tager but weaker than Take-Mikazuchi as anything but "At least Town level" or "At least Town level, likely higher", so this should probably be taken into account.

Reminder.

We can't just guess a character's tiering like this. Scale him to the closest, most reasonable feat instead of just guessing some tier.

Anybody? Cause Promestein's pointing the problem here for those who are stronger than Tager but weaker than Take-Mikazuchi.

This really should not be ignored as we can't just guess a characters tiering with some tier.

I don't think there are really any calcs for those more minor characters that fall in that range
