Should the Black Beast be given minor time manipulation? I mean the thing is practicly a walking couldron that generates, apreads and manipulate seithr. In CF Kokonoe stated that the higher the concentration of seithr in an area the slower time moves. For example, the church that Ragna and co lived in for five days was under a couldron so five days there was equal to seven days everywhere else. This was also shown in phase shift novel 1 where Kazuma revealed that while six years had passed sinced the Black Beast appeared only two years had passed at the research facility where Celica's dad lived. In the phase shift 0 novel it was acknowledge that the concentration of seithr in the lab was much higher than the outside. So as a creature that generates and spew out seithr which can slow time wouldn't this mean Black Beast would have a minor time manipulation?

Also, I am preaty sure Kokonoe once created a miniture Black Beast and said Black Beast was trying to devour Tager's soul until Kokonoe sealed away the miniture Black Beast. This incident caused Tager to lose his memories would that mean the Black Beast has the ability to wipe memories?
