That's... not how knocking out works. The brain simply releases the neurotransmitters. Which won't suddenly disapear due to regen.

Knocking out by hitting the jaw wouldn't work, but a well placed punch from someone comparable could.


Of course, it might not aply here, but that's still what is assumed unless the verse contradicts it.

It's simple, you take damage to your head, head trauma knocks you out, the brain gets regenerated and releases them again

This completely ignores what I said.

Being able to grow cell in place of what was there will not make chemicals teleport away or stop existing, much like how cancer isn't countered by Regenerationn.

And again, Blake is 2 tons whereas Banjo scales to people who can tank 7 tons with no issue. Blake does not have the AP to knock Banjo out.
