I see there is no profile for Black Zetsu yet.

But my opinion is that,he should be in high or top tier.

He can fuse with other's body.

Another thing:in Itachi's page,it is written Angekyo sharingan instead of "Mangekyo".
 
I agree, Zetsu should have his own profile. He can scale to Six Path Obito at least. Also, he killed Madara an immortal, this ability should be added as well.
