From what I can tell, Zelgius is at 1.39 kilotons, while SK black knight is at 476.9 tons. The fact that Zelgius has a chance to hit 5 times as hard arbitrarily due to Eclipse means that those hits are definitely reducing SK black knight to paste. Nihil negates SK black knight's versatility and intangibility, leaving SK black knight fighting a dude who's stronger than him and who may randomly get a huge boost in power and instantly kill him with a single blow.

Unless there's some huge skill disparity I'm unaware of, I'll be voting Zelgius.

You are mistaken, Zelgius doesnt need Eclipse.

Zelgius oneshots people (skrimir) who are vastly superior to people (ranulf), to the point of fodderizing, who are vastly superior to people capable of performing the 1.3 kt feat.

Besides, Zelgius' armor is impervious to damage unless they can override the blessing bestowed by Ashera. And Zelgius passively recovers stamina and health.
