Thinking of trying to upgrade Julius speed (would be surprised if it isn’t accepted) CM3 (might even argue for type 2) for some characters that should have it .as well as a few other abilities.(might try to make anti-magic energy based instead of only affecting magic) (cause it doesn’t)

I think physical speed in the Elf sector can be faster than light speed because physical speed is not specified as being slower or faster than light magic. like the speed of magic was stated, light magic was the fastest magic.
