Well, if alice cant absorb his powers then its likely that she's going to use the powers of other magical beings

Starts with no power absorbed.Thought it would be interesting since Alice can only steal the powers of magical beings and Toema can negate magic up to low 2-C level so he can probably negate a good chunk of her stolen powers

If her powers go out of control like it did in Flashpoint... He gets power-stollen. Spectre or Phantom Stranger can't get close to her, otherwise she'll subconsciously steal his powers. I'm unsure if that is the case in this scenario.

She stole all magic power from every dimension, era, and world [ On her profile ] and was collapsing the forementioned places as well just by existing and her powers running rampid. She was likely even affecting the World Tree due to Swamp Thing , but that is somewhat speculatory, albeit it is definitely possible .

Even if she stole IB, it would seriously reject her and would eat away inside her. However, there was one person who removed IB from Touma and implanted it within himself but even then, it regrew after Touma surpressed what was beyond the IB. If she started with no powers and decides to steal IB somehow, then it would not only mess her up due to the owner discrepancy backlash, but would have to deal with what IB was surpressing. I vote for Touma

She dont stole just the powers though, she stoles the very being of someone which is why the Spectre was fading away from existence and why The Helmet of Dr Fate doesnt reject Alice even if it should. Even if the power she stole is something that should be unique to that character, there wouldnt be a problem because she doesnt just steal them but usurps the users control and ownership over them.Which is why she doesnt have problem stealing the powers of Wonder Woman, Dr Fate, Swamp Thing, Phantom Stranger and The Spectre
