This really doesn't seem fair to Indus. He have any powers I don't see becayse he looks kinda quite simple and he's apparently not very smart, despite being a hawk, Pet Shop is probably unironically smarter in the same vain that Iggy is basically on par with a human but even better than the average person in strategy and trickery.

Since when did Ice take a bit to form? I mean his super large chunks take a few seconds but checking the anime for time frames, his ice missiles form instantly, well, a few frames so not even 1/10th of a second to Iggy's POV. Which is basically nothing in a speed equal match, it's no different than say a DBZ character forming a ki blast and throwing it, happens fast enough to where it doesn't effect a fight.
