Bill Cipher's Intelligence

Bill Cipher's Extraordinary Genius rating is terrible.
  1. Is said to know "lots of things", such as the truth of many well-known conspiracies as well as future events, like the destruction of Gideon-bot and that Gideon Gleeful would go to prison."
    1. This sucks as a justification for a few reasons. First off, most of this could just be passed off as Clairvoyance. Second off, Bill Cipher is extremely arrogant (enough so that it's a weakness on his page) so him bragging about how much he knows shouldn't be counted as a reliable statement, like at all. Third, where does him knowing the truth about the conspiracies come from? He just flashes a bunch of spooky images. This gives us zero context and should be removed.
  2. Bill is also able to look through the eye of anything that is made in his image, allowing him to know what occurs even when he isn't around."
    1. This is not an intelligence feat whatsoever, it's LITERALLY just Clairvoyance, and should be removed as a justification on the spot.
  3. "Tricked and terrorized great minds in history "since time began".
    1. This is the only thing close to a feat, but the vagueness of the details makes it extremely hard to use as justification for a Genius rating, much less Extraordinary Genius. In addition to that...this means Bill has been failing to get the portal built for millions of years. It's pretty hard to give Bill intelligence based off this feat since we don't know the details of the plans but what we do know is that they didn't work.
  4. Bill has a lot of anti-feats that really question this rating. For one thing, even with all his foresight he couldn't see Gideon breaking the deal with him hours after the deal started. He got bested by Mabel on two different occasions. He never ever attempted to kill even one person that was a part of the Zodiac and even let Dipper and Mabel go. He got outsmarted by Stanley with a very basic trick. Bill doesn't have a single feat in the series that would support anything higher than a Gifted series, and while some of this can be attributed to his arrogance, at some point you have to conclude he's just not nearly smart enough for even Genius rating.
What's funny is that Bill does actually have some justification for him being an Extraordinary Genius, at least in the realm of science. This is because he's described as a 'research buddy' to Ford, with Ford specifying how he would be possessed with knowledge he straight up didn't know before and this scene showing Bill working alongside Ford. So an Extraordinary Genius rating that gets rid of the current justifications and adds in these would be fine.

I guess changing the justifications is fine, though his rating should probably remain the same since Ford only completed the portal because of Bill's help

I agree with the CRT.
You need one staff but right now you have none
Content Moderator is staff too. The CRT needs another staff to evaluate.
In order to ensure that all revisions are thoroughly reviewed and approved, it is necessary for a minimum of two staff members to sign off on any proposed changes. The concluding evaluations must be handled by Thread Moderators, Administrators, and Bureaucrats, who should make an effort to base their evaluations on valid arguments, not personal opinions.

Literally read the scan you sent. Content Mods dont have CRT rights, an entire Staff CRT was made to give them rights which was rejected.
The CRT needs another staff to evaluate.
Minor CRTs such as this only need one.
