Actually, Ness has PSI Shield which could also be brought up for attack reflection, and since some of Bills attacks aren't Psychic they are subject to reflection. And about Time Baby, Bill was actually a bit scared at first, its like when a police shows up in your house, and you're scared, but you have a gun behind you. This is what Bill did, he 1 shot him, but like I said, he was a bit scared at first, but when he had an advantage, he did it. Also what do you mean Nerf, please elaborate on that. And one more thing, Ness isn't Time baby, sure he is a baby, but he governs Time! Ness is just a kid with Psychic powers, I'm sure Bill will play around with him for a bit (That's until Ness paralyze him and 1 shot him)

I don't doubt Ness could deflect Bill's attacks like his laser vision and such. However, RW works with a snap of his fingers and is instantaneous. Ness has also never faced someone whose RW works like Bill's RW does. Additionally, Bill wasn't scared, he was cautious. Bill was scared when he knew he was gonna die in Stanley's head that was a scared Bill. This was a Bill who was concerned and caution. Bill could essentially turn Ness into a sock puppet or something of the like. Or remove his mouth. Or rearrange his organs. Something to stop him from using moves. This wouldn't stop Ness since he can still use his moves, but he can exactly attack Bill when this happens. Eventually, Bill would hax him to death or overpower him. However, Ness can potentially kill Bill with PK Flash. So it's whoever goes first so for me it's incon

Well in Earthbound, he did faced an enemy that turned him into diamonds, and used PSI Healing to revert back to normal, so that's kinda useless to Bill. Now, about the reality Warping, let's talk about it, my question is.., Why is it "godly"? elaborate on that please., because some of Bill hax (like Space-Time Manipulation) are reflected back by Ness resistance

Yes but that characters RW or hax is clearly weaker than Bill's.

Godly as in it's a high form of reality warping. Just because Ness pk healed from on opponent, it doesn't mean he can withstand Bill's RW. I'd like to see what would happen if he hits Ness with madness bubbles for instance.

OH! yeah it won't work on Ness, mostly because he freed his mind which gave him resistance to Mind hax, and I doubt Ness would go mad, since Giygas has the power to do that and didn't work on him, plus Giygas.., he didn't go mad during the battle.

Actually I thought you might say that. Giygas is someone that might make you mad by looking at him, while the wierdness bubbles are madness inducement. It's like going to a boring play where you might fall asleep against a hypnotist who will put you to sleep.

Doesn't matter anyway. That was just an extra point. He will still struggle against constant RW. Still think ts incon
