Bill Cipher vs Kratos

How are they the same when fast regen and instantaneous regen both exist in fiction?

Achilles heel, also Bill isn't even regarded as physically 4D here from what I've read. Ye I rmemeber why it started.
 
It heals in less than a second, there's really not that much difference in this case, it's just semantics.

Him being physically 4-D has nothing to do with what I said (all being 4-D really do ois give more abilities, but we're not talking about abilities, we're talking about his durability), as he has 4-D power and believed himself to be able to survive the destruction of reality, meaning the gap in power between him and Mabel is the same as the one between you and a 2-D being anyway. tl;dr: A Low 2-C being being damaged by a 10-C can isn't going to become consistent just because it was on the character's eye, because the eyes of a Low 2-C character are still infinitely above 3-D attacks unless stated otherwise, you need more proof than that.

I'm gonna vote Doritos here. I really don't think Kratos is that far into Low 2-C, much less be able to get over or deal with that high af regen.

P.S. I still disagree with the 2-A part of Bill, but whatever :p

Tbf, this feels stompish, which is kinda funny to say that ever since Bill is suddenly no longer Tier 2 fodder (though probably still not even in the middle of the pack)
 
Yes. People will say otherwise but in a previous thread, I listed all the times Bill just up and haxxed people compared to the few times that are often extrapolated in the finale, and the former far outweighed the latter.
