Alduin's Immortality isn't really specified so that's a thing. But for the fight itself, Bill pretty much Hax stomps Alduin with reality warping and the whole bunch... I don't know how fair this fight is.

However can Bill overcome Alduin's resurrection (he's able to resurrect himself from being fully destroyed) is the real question.
And I'm pretty sure Bill is only immeasurable in 11D form and not in 2-A. So Alduin has points there.
Bill has the hax, Alduin gives a strength gap considering he lolstomped Mehrunes and could likely manhandle the entire Daedric Pantheon with all the bs hax they pull.
Alduin can overcome quite a few of his hax, as shown when he lolstomped Mehrunes and stated to be feared by all of the Daedra.
Inconclusive.
