why is he possibly high 1-C instead of just being a solid high 1-C? if the book is canon, then this is solid evidence that bill is high 1-C. its ridiculous for high 1-C characters to be afraid of 2-A characters. there doesnt seem to be anything contradicted high 1-C bill anyways. thoughts?

Well in Journal 3, it was stated that Bill was the most feared being in the entire Gravity Falls Multiverse which contained 7-11D Aliens. But since the question of these dimensions being infinitely superior or inferior was completely abolished by the Journal, High 1-C does not work anymore

sorry I was looking for the one that debunked bill and so far... no luck
