In Gravity Falls, Bill Cipher's greatest feat is destroying the Second Dimension which i though to be a 2-B feat at least but looking at it, destroying 2-D structures is only a 11-A Feat and his other notable feats is having the capability to bite into a planet which is like a 5-B feat.

that's the greatest feat he achieved, but his tier is based on what was going to happen to the dimensions he was trying to conquer, destroying the 2nd dimension is used as context for what "liberate" means, in this case, destroy

also why are you saying his bite is his best capacity if he can grant someone near galatic size?
