I got wind of "Higher_Dimensional_Bill_Debunked"_Debunked a thread that can possibly upgrade Bill to 1-C , I do not know about Gravity falls so do not attack me for making this thread OvO

When was this rejected, for one... and for two, the comment section isn't meant for attacking VS Battles. Honestly, it's no secret that several users here have attacked people on CSaP. That was actually older back before we made an agreement to try not to start bad blood between the two wikis. So it's completely irrelevant and in the past.

Now... yes, Bill Cipher should be High 1-C, in my opinio. My evidence is in the blog.

Well the aliens can seal rifts with their secretions right? Well Bill's realm is described as intergalactic foam between dimensions. Wouldn't this give Bill's dimension some kind of superiority to other dimensions? Especially since this includes higher ones?

Higher dimension is not necessarily 1-C Otherwise Madoka and Homura would be just like SMT characters

Well Bill is in control of the Niggtmsre Realm right? Once he died the rift closed, so obviously he has control over the dimension itself, as the rift linking it was sustained by Bill's power.
