My problem with PAYDAY in this site is that they get limited accepted feats from their ingame selves (like being capable of killing people with 1 hit with your bare fists) while GTA gets a lot of it. Dallas isn't even at least rated as a 9-B with armor for being at least capable of getting shot by the SWAT Van Turret's bullets which are 9-B according to the reference link to the turret with a page in this site and also stuff like his prep time not even being at least 9-A with Chains blowing up his entire house up. With potentially scalable 9-B characters like John Wick and "Jacket".

Dallas literally has the cops listed as being capable of tanking shots from SMGs and Assault Rifles with the link leading to a video of ingame footage of 1 cop getting hit by a rifle to the head multiple times before dying. Also Bain seems worthy of a profile eventually, he single handedly solo'd cops worth entire sections of a prison by himself while being really injured.
