All the premature changes have already been reverted, so no more immediate change is needed, this can just progress like any other CRT.

The main things that need to be verified are; Saikou's huge calc blog needs to get evaluated by a calc group member, and Saikou needs to sufficiently argue for Reality Equalization applying to YN.

Not much I can do about the clalcs. Been knocking people around for evals since last decade.

As for reality equalization, I'll just say what I've always said:

-90% of the game takes place in the Dream World, therefore that's the thing that gets keys focused on. That's just how it be, mostly due to Reality Equalizatio. If the very concept of Reality Equalization is something that ruffles your jimmies, you might want to take that on an entirely separate thread instead of just here.

-The Tier 2/1 stuff exists and is an important part of the character. It's not something that can be ignored just because high tiers are scary. And if we take the above point into consideration, there is little to no ways one could take these factors into consideration without it ending up being Tier 2/1. We can't treat something like, say, Urotsuki as only Low 2-C despite the rather explicit existence of many more dream layers. It just plainly does not work.

The exact way this is applied (like how the keys work) is admitedly up to debate, but I do wager that it's the best solution.
