Because all of them is body for now, for what has been shown as galactic gladiator punches affected the pocket Dimension when he punched alien X which shouldn't be possible unless they all are same.

Universe is infinite? So the galaxies? We take universe having same density over some cosmic scale all over unless proven otherwise. It was read it, alien X filled the infinite universe with infinite galaxy.

Also, it has been shown that Alien X true body is not bound to what is shown and extends to far cosmic image (can be clearly seen when ben transformed into him).
In ben 10, characters can interact with projections (3D image) of higher Dimensional beings as was shown in the case of Contumelias and naljians, ben was able to interact with their 3D projection.
