"Yes. And I looked to the heavens, gazing at those glowing planets shimmering in a straight line, and all I could see was...
A sword?"
Ascalon's tier should be revised to;
Varies, atleast High 5-A upto 4A, higher with Absorption
Simply put that Ascalon's power is entirely based upon the one who wields it. As only when one is worthy of the blade can one truelly be unstoppable.
"This sword is a weapon of terrible power, when weilded by one who is worthy, it can not be stopped."- Azmuth
"If it is so formidable, why do not wield it yourself."- Sir George
"Because I am not worthy."- Azmuth
"So you're telling me that the sword needs somebody worthy, somebody incredibly brave and handsome, somebody with a stylish green jacket"- Ben
Ascalon had displayed varying levels of power regarding who is weilding it. Sir George weilded the blade and struggled against the Dagon and even lost to his power. Despite Asmuth giving George the blade, he never stated George to be worthy and even doubted giving him the sword, suggesting that George like the prior weilder would destroy the planet. Now compare this to Ben, who despite giving up the power, Asmuth considered worthy and weilding Ascalon easily defeated a Dagon-powered-Vilgax.
Additional abilities:
Ben Tennyson:
• Analytical Prediction
Devised a plan that, as he predicted, was successfully executed to deceive the Incursians.
• Immortality (Types 3, 4, and 8)
The Omnitrix will not allow Ben to die, even if he is destroyed at a sub-quantum level.
Azmuth:
• Vehicular Mastery
Implied to be able to pilot a ship better than the Arthropod due to superior intelligence.
• Purification (Type 3)
Claimed to be developing technology capable of curing Malware.
• Retrocognition
Showed Ben and his companions the origin of Primus, the battle between Sir George and Diagon, the destruction of the Incursian home world and his own past.
• Instinctive Reaction
Galvanians have two brains, one of which is responsible for handling basic actions in case their consciousness is drained.
