1. The Alpha Rune itself is just an object separate from Charmcaster.
2. The general assumption is that absorbing power is additive. You need more to prove that the power increase is a multiplier/exponential increase.

4. That doesn't really mean moved. Something like moving an entire city to a new state is different than building a wall around a city.

Per the WOG you are referencing, because Anodites lack DNA, the DNA Scanner would not work on Gwen's Anodite form. It's not general resistance to Information Analysis, Power Nullification & Transmutation. Anodites just don't have what the tech functions on, DNA.
