From what I've gathered, SS characters are, for now, much faster (or at least faster) than the DBS. Beerus is getting blitzed unless he gets new feats.

What kind of hax is banned exactly? And Ikki is faster than Beerus so unless speed is equalized, he blitzes.

So you're banning abilities that make a character that character in order for another character to have a chance to win? If you have to do all that to have fair match up then the match up isn't worth it in the first place, plus i am pretty sure banning hax is not allowed.
