Gankoomon takes it. Beerus' Hakai is useless here and not only that Gankoomon is likely on the higher end of 3-A when compared to Beerus. Further more Gankoomon's Overwrite as well as Attack Charge Field and Acceleration Boost will boost his power to much higher level.
